i ordered a dab pen and a battery, but they had no batteries left so the salesman told be i could get a disposable and use that as the battery, but there is no charger for the pen so i’m now sitting here with 2 carts and no way to rip them

Terrible delivery wait times
I enjoy purple lotus. They have a great selection of products and always have fair prices and deals for those on budgets. However, when it comes to delivery there needs to be talks of a better system in place. I placed my order today at 4:37pm and didn’t receive my order until 9:24pm— almost 4 hours later. I was told via weedmaps by someone from PL that my order would arrive between 6-8pm, but my purchase never arrived at that time. Having a customer wait almost 4-5 hours for their purchase (especially when you can pay ahead of time) is really uncalled for and just an unfair amount of time to make someone wait. If I had a car I would have just went there myself! Your time, my time, everyone’s time is valuable and should be respected as such.

I placed my order on Weedmaps and waited an hour and a half, called to see the status of my order and was told my order was lost, and I had to wait another 30 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes and then called back, to which I was told the same thing, again. My order was lost and it would be another 30 minutes. My order was for $340, and the girl on the phone the second time told me next time to not use weedmaps but use their site directly. why be on weedmaps if you don't check your orders... 🤦♂️ won't be returning.
