Doesn’t deliver to Fortuna

Per their driver they don’t deliver to Fortuna or Ferndale anymore because it’s illegal. I was told they can deliver if I get a medical card, but the law they are referencing specifically prohibits medical marijuana dispensaries. Confusing.

Hello. I understand your frustration. By city ordinance Fortuna doesnt allow cannabis sales within the cuity, unless its a medical patient. By california law, cannabis can be delivered to anywhere in the state barring a few federal stipulations. We are very sorry we cant service Fortuna.
