first off let me start by saying im not usually a person who writes negative reviews but i had placed an order for a gram of concentrate& before delivery i had communicated an employee on the phone with an employee who i have no complaints about, but i had received a text from the driver saying he was on his way ad he would let me know eta , 1 hour passes after receiving the text and confirming with the driver then i text him asking if he would still be arriving... no response, texted again 15 mins later saying that its okay if he doesnt come, still no response and he. ever came. long story short... sorry excuse for customer service and communication, as well as a "delivery driver" with that specific driver

Sold me a fake plug and play cart and when I called they were very rude about how I told them I wanted a refund and the person on the phone hung up I called again and they wouldn’t pick up. very sketchy selling fake products definitely won’t buy from them again

Delivery took 5 hours and not only that they gave me the wrong cartridge that I didn’t even order and to top it off it wasn’t a real cart because it couldn’t be verified on plugplay website. They are selling fake plug play carts which is dangerous because how do I know if the wax they are putting in is safe? Definitely needs to be reported for my health concern do not buy from these people

I ordered 2 items and they called said they was out of stock on one brand and we changed the item to another however my 2nd vape I ordered was also wrong so I didn’t get what I ordered at all.
