I ordered a mid shelf sativa and they didn’t have it in stock so they surprised me with a exotic sativa instead for same price! I see why they won the trophy I love this place

Best delivery Service

The delivery driver was very patient and respectful. He was very patient and understanding of parking in the garage and walking to the building where I was working. This is the best delivery I’ve gotten, I will be ordering here again.

I love Klover, one of my favorite dispensaries, my only issue is you can't use the loyalty discount when ordering delivery, which definitely sucks

It took 90 minutes as opposed to the 30-60 minutes quoted. Stiizy pen was supposed to be a disposable, I received just the cartridge instead. Now I have no way to consume the product :(

Inaccurate Website, Delivery Driver

I got my order placed, then received a call that they didn't have anything that I ordered. I had to change every product, but was given a small discount for the inconvenience. I wouldn't have been upset if on top of all that happening the delivery driver (Sebastian) decided to be a perv and try hitting on me and made some unnecessary comments. Nothing about my order was easy or enjoyable. Sebastian left me feeling very uncomfortable and like the whole process wasn't worth it. It was my first time using their delivery service and I won't be returning to this store.

FTP from out of state, shamed by delivery driver in front of the nice hotel I was staying at because I walked up to his car got out furious and told me “I don’t know if you’re a homeless trying to rob me” ok? They had a picture of my id already. Idk Marshall was lame, called me twice bc 2/3 things I ordered they didn’t have, then acted like he didn’t have change until I said “I see it in your Fanny pack” but I would’ve tipped him had he not been rude/accused me of being homeless and a robber.
