Fiends/customers listen up. Order at a reasonable time and you’ll get it quick. DONT order right when they open. If you’ve ever worked somewhere that takes DoorDash orders - imagine 300 DoorDash orders coming in right when you open. Be patient. They get DoorDash style orders but they work like UPS because they have so many of them. So let them pack their cars up and get their routes going and if you need to ask where they’re at don’t just call them they’ll let you text. Buy your weed and don’t be a d#ckhead lol. Happy trails.

I ordered 2 disposable vape pens. One of the items I received was a cartridge, not all in one disposable and the actual disposable pen in my order is damn near empty!! I talked to the driver about both items and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I will NEVER order from KANNA again!! I got got for over $60! Hope it was worth it for you guys.

It advertised and processes as delivery, but it's not delivery. Also, they offer a cashless option but don't tell you until you pay that there's a fee. The prices are also higher than other local delivery services and the additional taxes add up. The girl who helped me was super nice about it all and very informative (loved her).

What a joke made an order and hour and a half ago no communication only to get called and told that it would be another 3 hours to get my delivery when it states location is close to me and delivery estimate is 30 to 60 minutes no offer of discount or any sort of good customer service I wouldn’t even waste your time with this trash of a service

Wasted a bunch of time
I tried ordering delivery from KannaXpress on Saturday afternoon. I was told a driver would be by around 9pm. A little after 9pm I got a phone call saying that the driver was having car trouble. They said they’d either get to me really early Sunday or around 9pm again. Around noon on Sunday I called just to check on the order and was told they weren’t delivering at all because the driver was sick. I completely understand that people have car trouble and get sick, but I don’t understand why nobody called to let me know they wouldn’t be delivering. My review is based solely on their lack of communication.
