The service was unprofessional. They never informed me that they were out of the items I requested, and I only found out when I mentioned it at the time of delivery. The delivery also took almost three hours, and there was no communication or updates. I had to call nearly every hour just to get an ETA. The only positive was that the cartridge prices were good.
