My experience/relationship with HyperWolf has been a good one to say the least, and I’ve been a customer of theirs for maybe 2 yrs or so now. Their level of customer service, common courtesy, and professionalism is what has kept me going back to them all this time( well obviously the product too, but I digress lol) Since Covid-19, the wait times has been more on the hour side here and there, but that’s life and apparently more business for them!👍🏽But usually it’s 30 mins and sometimes under, in my experience. Product wise-The flowers and prerolls that I’ve gotten during this time has never disappointed. I mean things can sometimes be hit or miss as far desired effects go and not fully receiving those effects can be a drag, but unfortunately, that’s just how it is sometimes. Overall, for the majority part, I’ve been completely satisfied with the quality and the prices that HyperWolf has to offer. Keep up the awesome work folks!😊

Warning to future customers about identity hoops! I ordered from this place and went on their website to Register. They required a photo and mail stamped address for verification. After placing my order they sent me text msg about high traffic and delays and if I still want to be routed. Then they send me a text about sending another picture with my I.d. next to my face, I’d mentioned, I already uploaded a pic and letter with my info can’t you just go on your website? Obviously, they couldn’t do that, so Hyper Wolf sends me a text about their required policy, ok fine, I understand, you need to know your customers are legit. Well, after I send him a selfie with my drivers license, he wanted another pic that was clear, wth! That’s what the zoom lens is for! I was so livid that they take you through so many hoops, that I wanted to share with ppl, how you’ll have to jump through hoops as a new customer. I’ve ordered from many companies and this is a first! If someone would’ve told me about this part of the process, I never would’ve ordered from this company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
