Person on the phone wasn’t very helpful

I reminded them like it was told last time I ordered from here that they gave me the wrong order and to remind them the person I talked to, wasn’t very helpful and when I asked about the Hawaiian jelly roll that I had purchased before if it was rated at 35% if the rating was accurate, he said yes when I got it it was 31% not 35 the time before I purchased the Hawaiian jelly roll was only 27 or 22% when I got the package.

Arrived a little late for my liking but the driver delivered the right stuff. receptionist lady on the phone was nice. oh and i don't think they read the special instructions when filling out the order so just let them know on the phone.
