Ordered at 4 PM - arrived at 7 PM. Lady on the phone was super nice about the delay. Got a text about payment instructions but no indication as to ‘which’ Apple Pay number to use (not the number they texted me). Went down to his car, and instead of meeting me at the gate - made me walk across to his car in the middle of the street while raining pretty hard. Poor grasp of English and awkward experience as I sat in his car paying.
