I thoroughly enjoy the different strains and options they have and at great prices! Who cares if they don't deliver til later in the day- I really appreciate the delivery driver with the blue hair! Super honest and went out of her way to make sure I knew I accidentally overpaid $100- she could have kept but called and told me!!!! Super cool. Next time you deliver to me I will take care of you! Definitely recommend. Just don't order everything, leave some of the good stuff 😜😉👍

My delivery driver was Maggie super cool. really friendly, really professional, fast and great communication. she texted me ahead of time to let me know how long itd be and let me know when she was 5 min away and met me outside. all in all 10/10

My experience was excellent order deadline and delivery times clearly stated on website don't understand the complaints ordered around 11 received my order at 230 ahead of schedule delivery driver had to wait on me and was friendly and courteous it was much appreciated. Highly Recommended Being one of the only shops in my area to carry Jeeter Brand product I will definitely be back

lady basically laughed at me

you open at 9 but don’t leave the store to deliver until 3... when i called i had barely found out because they have that posted no where on here or their website besides their message otp and when i told the lady i ordered a hour ago and it was a 2 item order instead of diffusing the situation she laughed and said well you are a hour and a half away haha... yes i understand i agreed to that like no way karen... poor customer service is this a family that’s never worked before???

Delivery info is on our wesite at www.greenstonretail.com/delivery and on our weedmap listing under DETAILS!!!! Our store is located in California City. Our delivery drivers have MANY orders each day. They are dispatched at noon. The person answering the phone was giving you an estimated time for you delivery of 3pm........ Due to laws on cannabis, tracking requirements, and the fact that we are located in California City, it is not possible to deliver any faster. If your order is placed prior to 12pm noon, you will receive delivery the same day.

Ordered nearly 4 hrs ago and I’m in Victorville never received my package and then they come up with some run around that they can’t deliver until tmrw at 3 when store and deliver was still open I’ve tried contacting about 8 times kept putting me on hold worst shop very unprofessional .

Rude customer service

I bought $120 worth of product that turned out not to be what I wanted. They do not allow refunds or exchanges, and the girl hung up on me because I was upset. Not loud, I just wanted to understand why? I can't imagine why I would be upset after wasting $120 on CBD when I was hoping for THC. Yes, I made a mistake when ordering, but damn, your csr was seriously rude, and your policy sucks!! waste of $$$$. Terrible Service.
