Missing item but they made it right.
So with this order I was missing one of my pens. I tried to flag down the driver but he was in the zone. So I called customer service and told them about my situation. She sounded super rushed and busy and also explained that they were busy. But you know how it is customer service in the legal marijuana game sometimes not always top notch. But, all in all at the end of the day I got everything I ordered. They made it right with extra delivery that evening but still would have been solid 5 if it didn't happen.

I ordered Cereal Milk and Supreme Cream by Cannabiotix which had a THC % of 33% and 32% respectively on your website. Instead I got 28.82% and 27.56% respectively for my order. This is not the first time it has happened, but I let it slide cause I just thought I would be satisfied. I wasn't and I will just no longer order from you guys.
