I received a CBX joint. And I know their flower is top tier but this joint that wa packaged on the 12th of January, was bone rock dry. And not to mention they only had one driver out there and the total process took about 4 hours for me to receive the order.

Waited almost 5 hours to get the wrong order. I kept the product even though the item was less than what I originally paid for. Not a great first time experience.

Never got it where is it

They take literally 3-5 hours to deliver and they trip off you being a dollar short like its genuinely pathetic if you ask me

Placed an order, was told estimated 30-60 mins. I waited for 2 hours, no communication from them. I then call them to ask for an update and they say essentially “the driver hasn’t even looked at it yet, gonna be another 3 hours.” I was furious but what option do I have except wait or cancel? Anyway man on the phone was nice, courteous, explained well but I’ve had dispensaries offer SOMETHING as consolation given the issue is their fault? All I needed was for them to tell me it’ll take 5 hours and I would’ve made other plans maybe done some errands and came back. Respect your customers & their time or lose them. SOLID 1 on 10.

Elev8ted Delivery was a place I considered to be a great place to buy from, till they messed up my order, took 80$ from me without giving back the correct change in return, and gave me the ultimate runaround before ultimately barring me from their business, all because of technical difficulties with a phone. I've been buying from this establishment back when they called themselves Hi-Line Delivery; however, be warned, because if you have issues with your phone and they cannot get in touch with you, they will ban you from their establishment, like they have me. I let them know my phone was having issues, so I was using a new one. I waited several hours, and couldn't get a hold of anyone day they closed early. Then, when I try to see if I can reschedule a meet-up and even ask if I can add onto the order and pay for the trouble of missing twice, their manager rudely tells me off, hangs up and no one gets back to me. I am still owed; these guys have stolen from me

No confirmation email or text. I had to call them to ask if they were processing my order because they couldn’t even send a confirmation. Their website says 30-90 minute delivery, it took them over two hours to get my order. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again.
