They jipped me on two bags of edibles. I was ordering from them a few times a month and have never had a missing item. My request was completely ignored for a month. Multiple texts and calls were not answered. I decided to order again from them and they called me to replace a missing item. I brought up my ignored request since it was the first time they contacted me since the incident. He got defensive immediately and said there was nothing they can do since it had been a month. Ignoring how I said they ignored multiple attempts to fix the situation. I told him that was fine, but I was going to check my bag this time and if anything was missing I would have to report them. The customer service got butthurt and canceled my order. Bad business.
