The delivery driver was kind of an ass the bill was 23 I walked out and handed him 22 on mistake and told him I could run inside to get the dollar he told me it was fine not to worry about gave me my bag and left when I opened it I was missing the pre roll that it was suppose to come with, so I called the driver and told him I was missing the pre roll in a very condescending tone he said “did you pay 22 or 23? You paid 22 and want the pre roll” just very rude and then he hung up never had a problem with them before

They first took 3 hours to deliver. Then my disposable pen was not in the bag, and yes its my fault I didn't check the bag before the driver left. But the guy who talked to me from the 999 number was extremely rude and said the item was in the bag and he checked the cameras, then said I was lying. They eventually fixed my issue after I blew up the phone and left reviews. I think the driver went above and beyond to call his boss to fix this. The driver and another were nice but the guy who claimed was the boss was rude and totally pissed me off. Fixed but yes, left a sour taste on the first time I ordered from here.
