This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had and I will not be coming back. I've gone through this delivery several times over the last few months , never one issue drivers are awesome. I'm disabled in a walker .My apartments are secured you can't just walk in so I come downstairs and outside the front door and meet the deliver drivers. Today the driver parked next door and just sat there, said he tried to call. The only description of the vehicle is the color of the car, they use a tracking app which is nice to know when they arrive but with a parking lot full of cars you blend in. Then a female calls and ask me to meet the driver , im like im hard to miss in a walker,I walk to go find him. Then message the company and tell them the issue with this interaction suggesting a car description letting them know I can't go search for the driver, they accused me of lying, the point is they didn't lose me to anything but lack of customer service very rude find somewhere else
