First time using an app for this service and they did not disappoint. As I looked through other delivery services and even the option to pickup, they were by far the beat deal. Some places tax more AND charge you a service fee PLUS delivery fee. I even called to ask if they were taking orders (because one place seriously stopped taking orders as I was about to checkout) they were super friendly and helpful. I figured ok, well there’s probably going to be a wait time considering the deal I got. Nope! Legit from the time I ordered to the time I smoked a bowl it was about 45 mins. Will buy from again!

I have ordered from many companies and this one was the first that the guy sat out in the car and made me come out to his car to get the product. Poor customer service in my book and just plain lazy on the part of the delivery person.

Hey ... in life things happen but its how you handle your mistakes thats make the difference between a bad review and one like this . I have used this delivery service 3 times so far and they have been on time and informative on delivery time / punctual each time . Well this last time they delivered the wrong amount which Sh!+ happens, but again it how you handle your mistakes.... and making it right with no inconvenience to customer!!!! Well thats what im talking about!!! Thank you for making a new experience a good one and making it right ! 15 mins later i have the right product delivered with no issues. awesome ... Bridget was on top of her stuff like no other!! I couldn't figure out what I needed and she got it all right!! And my driver John was awesome as well! He was here right when he said he would be and was very polit. Walked me through the AeroPay because I have never used it before and it was quick and easy! Definitely ordering again!!

First time patient with Trees today. Patient with dispensaries since 2010, but never tried delivery. Boy, am I sorry now. Sign up couldn't be easier. Once verified, it took "maybe" 30 minutes from ordering to delivery. Top shelf IS top shelf. Shane, my budtender answered all question quickly and efficiently. Mar, the delivery driver was dressed well, drove a nice vehicle, and was very respectful and professional. Fit in easily in my neighborhood. Overall, couldn't be more pleased!
