Zenzest has become my go to dispensary and I like that they deliver. One delivery said that it would take 1.5 - 2 hours and I had my order in about 45 minutes. Another said it would take at least 4 hours and it took about 5. I knew that one was going to be a wait so no worries. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had buying weed. The driver was 5 hours late and by the time he got to me he said his card reader died after he took my id and my debit card. He said I could pay in cash but I didn’t have and then he asked if I had Venmo. I said I didn’t and that this was ridiculous but I would download it and that I was unhappy about the situation. The delivery driver, Hareshkum, then became absolutely irate, threatening to call the cops and refusing to let me pay him for the weed. I ended up having to call my boss who had to deal with the situation. This man made a scene on my street in front of all my neighbors which was horrible because the whole neighborhood did not need to know I was buying weed. I truly hope the dispensary fires this man. I buy weed often and have never had anything like this happen before. This was genuinely unacceptable.

they took about 7 hours to come for delivery when the wait time was 90-180 minutes...... after waiting like 4 hours i called and this dispensary had told me that the delivery driver had come already but left because no one answered. But I never received a phone call, a text message, not even a knock on the door. i also have a camera so i KNOW he didn't come lol. its funny because i ordered from the same dispensary last week and i got the call when the driver was outside so i dont know what seems to be the issue but all is well ill order from another dispensary that doesn't look to deceive me

I called to cancel the delivery because it was taking over four hours and then they showed up three hours later after I had already went to the dispo. I felt really bad for the delivery driver who drove all the way there and I wasn’t even there to receive the order because I was at a different dispensary.
