Usually have a pretty decent experience here with good prices, and somewhat of a speedy delivery depending on how busy they are. But today when I placed my order a man who REFUSED to give me his name and said “it doesn’t matter” told me I had to pay with before he could send a driver even though I only have cash, he told me he did not want to deliver because my boyfriend didn’t pick up a delivery once. First off I’m not my boyfriend and I don’t appreciate being given the same treatment. Second he tried to tell me I didn’t have enough money and couldn’t pay the full amount in the past which is a lie. I have always paid in full with my past orders. I explained I even waited almost 10 mins outside because their system was down so the driver could verify that they received my payment and he tried to tell me the system has never been down. I would order from here pretty often. Very disappointing experience and very unprofessional. I won’t be ordering here any longer.
