I was given the raw aio bar and the wax was evaporated away. Once I called for the driver to return I was given two more of the same product which were evaporated as well. I told the driver I was no comfortable with my original purchase and would like to see about using another brand. He only gave me a few options which were completely subpar compared to the original quality of the other brand. I originally paid $75 for 2 $50 wax pens. This was with a FTP discount included. I ended up paying $75 for 2 $30 wax pens and was not given a refund nor complimentary items, which I was told would be given during the second delivery. When calling the delivery service I was forwarded to voicemail. Dont use these guys. If a mistake happens they'll just brush you off, as long as they have their money.
