The delivery driver did not have the card machine even though I elected debit card and wait 3 hours. he called and pretty much gave me the only option of going to the atm... then when he arrived didn't have enough change.... really not a way to run a business, even if I was going to tip the difference this shouldn't be implied and your drivers should have change enough to break a $20
