Date: Saturday, November 15th, 2025 Time: 2pm - 5pm Learn to Grow at Home: A licensed cannabis grower from Pure Shenandoah will be at YANA to give you all the insights on how to grow your own plant at home! They will also provide tips and tricks to make sure your plant thrives at your house! Canna 101: Know Thy Strain This psychoeducational wellness workshop is the next chapter in the Canna 101 series—an interactive deep dive into how cannabis impacts you. Together, we’ll explore how different strains and terpenes shape our emotional, mental, and physical responses. You’ll learn how to better understand your body’s signals, your brain’s reactions, and how to use this plant medicine intentionally. We’ll revisit the therapeutic benefits of cannabis, highlight how certain strains may help (or hinder) specific mental health and somatic conditions, and begin crafting your personalized plant profile. Attendees should bring a list of 3–5 of their favorite strains—Dr. Vivid will help unpack why you’re drawn to them and what they may be offering you.
