I bought two Turn vape 2.0g but the second package was completely empty it was kind of sticky may have leaked out but it was empty when I opened up the sealed package. And the previous order the second pen stopped working but that one is still full. So my last two orders I bought 4 turn vaps but only two of them worked and one was completely empty. Do you guys guarantee the product because I still have the batch number. I'm afraid to order again from you guys.

The delivery driver was the least discreet I’ve ever had, parked blocking other traffic in the parking lot, was stumbling around, and took awhile to find my order all while his trunk was open with ounces of weed and edibles for all my neighbors to see. Likely won’t be using this shop anymore

Of the 2 times ordered here only the last time was horrible & questionable. First time: on time, perfect order, friendly delivery driver. Second time: over 1.5 hours had gone by & I texted the number 2 different times—they said the driver was “otw” but then another hour passed & so I texted again & they said he’s “almost there”. Tbh it seems like they just forgot about my order. That’s not the worst part tho. The driver comes & informs me 2.5 hours after I ordered that he didn’t have half of my exact order. He suggested 2 different options of the same brand to which I obliged bc I had been waiting so long. One of the items he didn’t even have, so he offered me a random bag of weed to which my friend negotiated 2 bags bc of the inconvenience. Come to find out, the bag was unsealed AND no labels. SHADY AF. I didn’t even smoke it. Oh & he had his trunk open and unguarded—that’s thousands of $$$ just sitting in his trunk and he turned his back. WTF.

do not shop here. terrible experience. called after an hour asking where the driver was an the customer service told me they were on the way. waited another 3 hours without any updates. called the company 30 times to try and cancel the order nobody answered or texted. then a whole hour later they finally text me saying they’re here but by that point i had already got weed from somewhere else. 0/10 i don’t recommend
