Place your order and wait for an ETA.
3. Once the driver is on his way, you will receive your ETA.
4. At arrival, please present your medical card and ID, receive your order, and make payment.
Please read the fallowing before placing a delivery:
MINIMUMS AND DELIVERY FEES:
Augusta, Hallowell, Gardiner, Randolph, Farmingdale, and Chelsea: Free Delivery & Minimum of $20 order
****ALL OTHER AREAS may require a different delivery fee and a higher minimum. These depend on the distance from our delivery office location. Text us your address to provide you with the minimum and delivery fee.************
DELIVERY TIMES:
-Deliveries that are outside of our normal delivery area may stop delivering at 7pm or earlier.
-Wait time is usually 30-60 minutes but due to recent high demand, deliveries may take longer than that.
-Please note that on high traffic days or rush hour, deliveries may take up to 2 hour or so. Also note that during unusual weather, deliveries may be canceled.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
Exchanges : 1-2 day exchange policy. The item must be defective, intact, unused, and must be returned in order to process an exchange.
Returns: Same day only
