I love the product itself and the effects. The device however, failed. I charged it after I suspected it was not working correctly due to low battery. By not working correctly I mean sparking while I inhaled sending a shock onto my tongue. But after charging it was still not working correctly. Now the wax just leaks out. Like half of the wax has leaked out and I can’t energy use it. I probably didn’t even get 1/2 way through the pen before it started malfunctioning. :(
