Once we receive your order, we’ll follow up within 30 minutes with an ETA. If you're located in a remote area - defined as 10 minutes or more off the freeway please review the additional guidelines below — this helps us serve you better.

We want to be fully transparent: Delivering to remote areas is something we do as a service — not because it's easy, but because we care about reaching communities that others overlook. These deliveries often require over an hour of round-trip time, plus added fuel and driver coordination.

We ask for patience and planning, especially if you're running low and need a re-up. Placing a small order from a remote area and expecting instant delivery puts unfair pressure on our drivers — and when that’s followed by a negative review, it discourages us from continuing to serve these locations.
