Because we proudly serve a wide area, we ask for a little flexibility and understanding to help us get your order to you smoothly. Once we receive your order, we’ll follow up within 30 minutes with an ETA. If you're located in a remote area - defined as 10 minutes or more off the freeway please review the additional guidelines below — this helps us serve you better.

We want to be fully transparent: Delivering to remote areas is something we do as a service — not because it's easy, but because we care about reaching communities that others overlook. These deliveries often require over an hour of round-trip time, plus added fuel and driver coordination.

We ask for patience and planning, especially if you're running low and need a re-up. Placing a small order from a remote area and expecting instant delivery puts unfair pressure on our drivers — and when that’s followed by a negative review, it discourages us from continuing to serve these locations.

Late Orders

Orders placed after 8 PM will be fulfilled the same day if possible. If not, we’ll reach out to schedule your delivery for the following day.
