The weed was ok. But what I really didn’t like was that they tacked on a convenience fee to use my debit card even after I told them I have fibromyalgia (sometimes the pain is so bad that I can’t leave to get cash out). Also, this fee didn’t exist when I filled everything out online. They didn’t add it to the total until after I put in my information. They just were kind of jerks about it- not cool. I’ll go back to my other place :)

I ordered from them because they had a deal today for 7gs for $40 and I selected two different $50 7g strains from the list provided saying they were apart of the deal expecting at least one of them to go down to $40 and they did not—the listing says to present it upon delivery to receive that deal. I did, the delivery driver, who was super chill, didn’t know what I was talking about so he called it in and they also said they had no idea what I was talking about and that they were honoring the listed price…like yeah no duh you’re gonna honor the non-discounted price. Remove that listed deal if you’re not going to honor it.

I recently purchased two stiiizy pods from UpLyft. The first pod I used worked perfectly fine, but the second pod did not work. As soon as I plugged it into my battery, it wouldn’t hit. I even tried the faulty pod with 3 different batteries & it still wouldn’t work. When I contacted Uplyft to see if I could at least exchange it, they said it was only a 24hr return policy. In stores it’s typically about 7days. I understand policies & all but I’ve been a long time returning customer & never once tried to return anything. I tried to speak with the manager to see if there was anything they could do but they never called me back after I was told they would. I get it’s a business but as a gesture of customer service, I would think they’d at least allow me to show proof of the full pod with the box & even the bag they gave me when I purchased it… it left a bad taste in my mouth & unfortunately, I don’t believe I’ll be purchasing from them again.

Very unprofessional customer service is horrible Their ETA are not accurate and they will try to penalize and charge you fees Especially when you pay in person, be sure to make sure driver does not include a tip into your price. They will not tell you.
