So a major reoccurring problem is their inventory is already tiny, and they are usually out of most items on their menu. Instead of texting or calling they will message you being like “hey are you cool with this random item instead” on WM and mark the order as arrived before driver has even sent eta- then once you’ve already paid with your debit card you realize they gave you a random item. I don’t think it’s appropriate to just show up without speaking to customers first because I would’ve gotten a different more expensive item had I known the cheaper one I wanted was unavailable but now I’ve already paid for the cheaper item and don’t want another 5$ atm fee pulled out. They don’t give cash back for the debit atm fee the previous two times I ordered which I didn’t press for but I do think it’s kind of shady to not mention to the customer that’s their cash since they round up, so they can choose to tip or not. Only plus is they’re a bit cheaper than competition you get random items.
