The founder of Top Notch THC was involved in cannabis since its medical use first became legal in California by working with Bay Area’s original dispensaries since 1996. He served as an active member of the cannabis community for over a decade and then moved to Las Vegas to help guide the medical marijuana industry along its path to fruition.
