Didn’t have my item and non responsive

I made an order and they text me saying they didn’t have one of the things I wanted. I looked through their menu to see what I could replace it with. It took me only two minutes to respond and they didn’t respond to me until almost an hour later that they sent out half the order. I text a couple of times with no response. Im okay with at least getting something but nit happy with the no responses.

so I ordered a connected 510 battery from weedmap for some reason didn't work. went down to the store and they look like they wanted to call the cops over my mexican ID (matricula consular), but when I pulled out my passport was like oh okay let me see what i can do.. last time I get anything from you guys.
