Info online is not correct

I paid $50. It said I was getting a 34.61% 1/8 oz. I’m willing to pay that much for that percent. It came and it’s 25.61%. Totally wrong. I would never drop that much on 1/8 unless it’s really a top shelf 1/8. I feel totally ripped off and will not be purchasing online again.

4 hour delivery expectation

I've used them before: good customer support, good deals, good weed. Do not use weedmaps for this dispo if you want it to arrive in a timely manner. I waited over 3 hours before I reached out to support and they said it'd be at least another 45 minutes. Idk if they need more drivers or if that dude was taking smoke breaks after every stop. Either way, a 4 hour delivery expectation is just....silly...

Didn’t receive my order

Ordered at 6:30pm, was told order was on the way. I checked back with an agent to see where my delivery driver was almost an hour later I was plainly told delivery drivers on the way. I waited another 45 minutes and reached back out for them to tell me the same thing. It’s currently 950 and all that’s happening is my order has been placed as completed and I can’t contact anyone about this. I’m thoroughly displeased with how this whole thing was handled. My driver never contacted me. I reached out to the agent via app about 3 different times for them to just tell me “deliver driver in route”

Good quality at a fair price

I normally don’t like delivery because most of not all places don’t do returns or exchanges and I don’t want to get stuck with old, dry, dusty flower. So I called in and asked for their professional opinion and went with it. The delivery person was friendly and the flower is amazing. Delivery can take a bit so plan an hour and thirty minutes ahead.

A: After you've placed your order and received confirmation, sit tight! Your driver will send you a text as they get close. Our ETAs are updated multiple times a day to ensure our delivery windows are as accurate as possible.

Q: Do you accept Apple Pay/Venmo?

A: No, we currently are only accepting Cash & Debit Cards.

Q: How does DEBIT work?

A: There is a $3.99 processing fee. We DO NOT ACCEPT APPLE PAY, CHIME or CURRENT cards. Payment is done on arrival

Q: I want to pay with a Debit Card, but I just placed my order and wasn't given that option.

A: Debit payments are processed in person! Each driver has a card reader with them that they can use to process debit payments. We take Mastercard & Visa.

Q: What do I need to do to receive a delivery?

A: It's super simple! Just make sure you have a copy of some form of government ID to show that you're above the age of 21 (Driver's License, Passport, Identification Card). If you're a medicinal patient between 18 and 21, you must also provide a copy of your medical recommendation/card before ordering.
