Very inconsistent

As of late, I’ll place an order and won’t hear a word for hours. No confirmation texts, calls or emails. Then, when I call to cancel (which I end up having to do like 80% of the time) they mention having to check if their driver is already out or not. I don’t understand how they operate but it’s a coin toss if you get a response/product.
