I can’t tell you how happy I was to pick a shop off this site. Need help, call the dispensary and get a person and help right away. The prices were great, the customer service is on point.. and the delivery was within 45min!!! Luv these guys!!! They only had one delivery driver that day and they made a return customer for life!! Thanks y’all!!

If you know you’re running behind and there’s a sizable delay.. I would recommend sending out a text saying so to orders waiting. As opposed to sitting there wondering why the 60-90 minute ETA is doubled. Once I finally called and they said there was a slight delay that explained it and I could go about my time. No hate I love you guys just recommending.

If the taxes aren’t added to the end of the order but taxes are going to come out y’all need to let the customer know there total after taxes

So I have been going here a lot lately and was happy. The last two times I tried to order was terrible. Two days ago I ordered about $300 dollars worth of stuff and was super excited. 3 hours later no delivery yet and I had to cancel. Today I ordered and had got a promo for a 1 cent drink. They never called to tell me that they were out of the promo and were just going to charge me additional $27 without telling me. I had to text and ask about my total. I asked them to take drinks off but they said just tell the driver in a lazy about Way.

Give me a break! What a joke! I made an order for delivery, with The Sanctuary, it was confirmed, I even spoke with them on the phone & the next thing ya know I'm getting a email, saying, "your order has been delivered." Enjoy your order. Are you KIDDING me?!?! Like, wow. Not a word said, just never delivered my order. I will not use these joker's, ever again. Lousy, all across the board. And, I was a new customer. First and last time these clowns get my business! Wasted over an hour of my time, for absolutely nothing. BUH BYE, Sanctuary, you suck!!!

LD, (If I remember correctly) the delivery driver went above and beyond for me and my needs. The product I ordered was exactly what I wanted and I'm definitely excited to have it in my hands.
