Put in an order for delivery sat for 2 hours then called to see what happened and they said my "drivers license" was expired at wich point I told them I don't have a driver's license I have a state id then they said ok we will call you back in a min to let you know we figured it out then another 40mi. If waiting so I called back again to find out they Didnt have the strain I ordered so i said ok no problem sub it he said ok. And we hung up. Then about another 30 min later and I get a call from them to inform me that I won't be getting my order because I am outside the delivery range which is fine except there page says free delivery and no minimum it said nothing about delivery range at all all the way around these people don't know what they are doing and if I could review with zero stars I would !

Zero Contact

Ordered some delivery from here got confirmation my ordered was received and id be updated when it’s on its way. Sat waiting for hours with zero communication from reef. Had to reach out to find out they canceled my ordered. Least they could’ve done was call or text me letting me know my order was cancelled so I could take my business elsewhere. Which is exactly what I’ll be doing. Terrible customer NON service.
