Very friendly and easy-to-work with customer service. Haven't had a single bad experience with delivery. I do wish they would stock up more of the Stiiizy pods I get frequently. That, or maybe their live menu isn't completely accurate? I don't think that it's much of a deal breaker , but aside from that this place just gets it. If you got any problems with your order they will work with you to see what can be done.

I recently ordered from this delivery service twice in 1 week. both times i ordered the exact same thing, i paid w/ debit card, they charge a $5 transaction fee. the first time ordered, i paid, gave the driver (male asian w/ ear piercings fyi) a $5 cash tip. i later checked my bank account & saw i was charged $5 extra than what i had signed at the time of the transaction. i thought maybe it could’ve been a mistake. i figured i’d let it go since it’s just $5 & thought nothing of it. 2nd time i ordered, different guy delivered, same thing paid w/ debit, paid the extra $5 fee. however this time the 2nd driver mentioned i’d get cash back for using my card…that wasn’t mentioned the 1st time i paid w/ debit card. which now makes more sense why i thought i was overcharged when in reality the 1st driver never gave me the cash back after paying. so from my understanding is that he pocketed that cash back that he should’ve returned to me. it’s not much, but it’s the principle. wouldn’t have tipped the 1st driver an extra $5 had i known he kept my cash back…definitely be aware of your delivery drivers & make sure they aren’t keeping the cash back that comes from using your debit card. 👎👎👎
