Bruce and Vince were especially on point today. I put in my order and it wasn't but 15 minutes later that Bruce was on his way. Bruce is always prompt and professional. He's always friendly and makes the experience stress free. The flower was pure fire as always.

Bruce was professional and on time like always. It's a pleasure doing business with The Grove. Top shelf is top shelf and they always deliver in a timely manner. I live 20 miles away and I rarely wait more than an hour for my delivery. Vivian is on point with dispatch. All in all The Grove is the place to stay if you are serious about your medication/recreational use.

Maybe if The Grove had more drivers, the wait would be shorter. The driver was very professional, but by the time the order went from Weedmaps to The Grove, I waited 2 hours. Two hours is too long to have to wait. Again, not the driver's fault.

TLDR: Would recommend if you're limiting shopping to licensed spots. Initially tried this delivery service while quarantining, ordered a second time when the unlicensed dispensaries near me were shut down to make room for the licensed spots that are supposed to open soon. Ordered around 6 pm both times, got here around 7:30 pm both times. Got text updates stating when they got my order, when my order was put together, when the driver was leaving with an estimated arrival time and then another text when the driver was there. Came in a little bag with a receipt, complete with a sales tax line. Pricing is ridiculous if you're used to unlicensed dispensaries, but competitive compared to other licensed rec spots Only complaint is that tax was included in the cart before checkout. It sucks having $100 to spend, filling your cart and then having to drop 2 or 3 items to get the actual total down. Not sure if that's on Weedmaps or The Grove though.
