I order 7 $10 vapes cuz I'm injured can't work moneys tight and there a killer but when I got my order they only sent 4 pens so I end up talking with Andre and he set up time for redelivery and told me he would throw in an extra one for the mix up I thought that was great when my delivery arrived he had not sent an extra 10 vape he had sent pretty much there most expensive vape. Everyone makes mistakes but most businesses even the good ones customers service suck feels like pulling teeth but green giant was nice, professional, and will definitely be keeping my business!

Very dishonest service. never received my order after getting a text confirmation between the driver and I. I decided to call them myself and was met by 2 very rude men. (of course) they told me they tried to call me multiple times and that my phone number was a scam likely number. then they proceeded to call me and text me without problems. hmm I cancelled my order due to 1. the lying about attempting to call 2. the attitude these diva men had with me saying “I usually don’t even answer my phone when I get calls from customers” do not support a service like this and just do your research on who you are giving your money to.
