I needed a product recommended by my physician, and they had it. Couldn’t be happier!! Customer service both over the phone and in-person is incredibly stellar! Plus, the selection of products is perfect! Being in Upper State is also the most perfect location. Also learned that they offer delivery for those unable to pick-up (hint-hint, for those who have a medical matter that prevents them from walking or driving). Thx Farmacy!!

We just moved to the area and have now received delivery from FarmacySB multiple times and have been by to pick up a few times. The employees are always professional and friendly and all of the product we’ve purchased has been great quality.

I was given the wrong strain, even after pre-ordering. Got the text and p I drove all the way home to open my package and see that I got dream Queen instead of blackjack. I then had to drive all the way back to mission. Then when I checked in with the security guard he had me wait in a line that has 4 people. Which was really frustrating because they knew they already had my money. After waiting in line for 10 minutes or what felt like 10 minutes, I finally made it to the window. Where the lady said thank you for coming back,(are you serious why would I not come back to get the product I paid for?). I been here about 7 times and all the other pick up orders were correct. I just wasn't happy because I had to waste my time going back, then wait in line. Thank you for correcting your less than perfect customer service. I'm sure you will teach your front-line employees how to prioritize problems over general help.

$196 plus tax for a Glasshouse ounce? Are you guys smoking?( I don’t mean cannabis ) Literally just picked up the SAME product from another local shop for $114 after tax. Y’all are thieves , taking advantage of the booming industry and consumers who don’t know any better. What a shame..just like 90% of these other shops. In it for the money .Not the consumer. Lames.

Absolutely bs I placed my order over a hour ago and I call to see what's up it sounds like there having a party there and tells me there 1 and I let driver just left for deliverys and I have to wait to tomorrow??? T.f kinda stupid stuff is that especially when I ordered over a hour ago smh and yes they want me to believe they have 1 driver on 1 of biggest summer holidays weekend absolutely bs to treat someone that protected there freedom for over a decade

If you have any concerns about your order, like if they missed something or wrong order, good luck asking them to help. theres literally no practical and timely way to contact them. try calling them, lol, a joke
