I’ve had 2 deliveries from The Farmacy SB, and am so pleased with the entire experience. The process is simple, you can order online anytime and choose your delivery window. You receive text updates on your order and a link to track the driver when he’s on the way. Tim is a pleasure to work with as he shows what you’re being delivered and processes payment, he’s got a wonderful personality and is knowledgeable on strains, brands and also has good tidbits of info on the neighborhood that The Farmacy storefront is located. I will continue to utilize this awesome service and look forward to visiting the store in the near future as well. Thanks Farmacy!!!

My order was correct, got lots of free stuff (lapel pin, matches, kitchen magnet, and preroll) and my delivery man was incredibly nice. It made the experience feel a lot less like a sketchy drug deal and more like a normal SAFE transaction, whereas other delivery services make me (a small woman) go up to their beat up car in an alley and pay through the window. Thank you Tim (if i remember correctly) for being so nice! I’ll definitely order from here again.

Obviously they think everyone in Santa Barbara is rich because they certainly charge that way. Their cost saving loyalty program is like putting a Band-Aid on an arterial bleed, hopefully they work something else out
