Genuinely terrible service. Hours late on the delivery promise, trying to return something (was falsely advertised) and getting info is like pulling teeth. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not gotten money back. Sent a driver to my house who called repeatedly when I said I was not available. Not coming back, ever. I’m 1 unanswered message from calling BBB.

I was texted by the n told to bring out exact amount so instead of paying with a big bill I gave 75 in cash and three dollars in quarters so he would not have to break a hundred an I got such a look a bunch of grumbles n was told for future references to pay with coin cuz y'all don't except it, is this true I tried to give him his tip and he just waived his hand at me n said keep it , I mean I felt like crap!!
