Hands down the most disappointing dispensary i’ve shopped. They promise one thing on the phone and deliver completely different items from what they promised. Once your order delivers, that’s it. If they got the order wrong, that’s on you. MAKE SURE you check your bag before driver leaves! They have a pic online of a Raw Garden product “Ready To Use All In One”. Upon calling, they confirm yes this will come with a battery, but then they deliver a disposable that is 100% NOT the same as the picture i ordered. Mentioned this to customer service but she cannot help apparently. On top of this, the disposable doesn’t even work. First time I’ve ever had a disposable not work out the box. It just feels like I was scammed since this is the second time this has happened. Just don’t want anyone else to experience this. Very discouraging considering I’m a regular. I have no plans to ever order from here again and I suggest you stay away from delivery only pick up

Waited for nothing

It’s 4/20 so I decided to take advantage of the deals and wanted to try delivery in a new place. I wanted to get a lot of cartridges since they were 40%-50% off so I added 8 to my cart. I know there’s a limit but I put a 9th in to test and it told me I exceeded the limit, so no worries and I removed it from the cart. Added some prerolls instead and all was fine. Placed my order at 5:30 and got a 7pm-9pm slot. Got a notification saying my order was being prepared 12 minutes after. Nothing showed up by 9:15pm so I called in. Turns out my order was “blocked” because it “exceeded the legal limit” since the prerolls were infused. The solution? Drive immediately to pick up (I picked delivery for a reason) or place the same order tomorrow and lose out on all but 1 discount. The only “apology” I got was a sorry they’re working out the kinks in their system. I don’t see how a flaw in their system results in the customer being screwed over but here we are. Never trying Cake House again.
