Lots of exciting quality products on their revolving menu. I love CAM and Ember Valley flower! Delivery drivers Orin and Staysia always make it a great experience when arriving with my orders. TBS makes deliveries easy with accurate ETAs, out the door prices, and no delivery fee. The storefront itself is definitely worth the visit, super pretty and excellent staff. It's the shining green gem of Fairfield!

My new go to for deliveries!

I have used Bright Spot twice now and each time I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. They have a really good variety of greenery with good prices and the customer service is awesome. The delivery driver is always so nice and friendly, that is super important to me because I’m a little nervous all the time. I recommend checking them out for sure!

Hit & Miss

This place can be a hit and miss. The people there are friendly for the most part, but the customer service and communication sucks. Tried to talk to the manager about a issue with a delivery but was talked over and wasn't treated well which sucks because my first impression with them wasn't the best, but I gave them another shot which had me hook, but now I have mix feelings about them altogether. On a normal day when they're in a good mood I guess they're great then there's days when it's like really? Okay. Type of energy. So I hope you go on a good day versus a bad one.
