These work more quickly than other gummies: usually 45 mins. They give a very pleasant, relaxed feeling, and I sleep well. Drawback: I'm sometimes foggy-brained in the morning if I go to sleep too quickly after taking it or if I'm dehydrated. Sweet, grape taste and soft chewiness.

I dont have a particularly high tolerance but it still took me about 4 hours and 6 gummies to feel something, and when I did the effects were very subtle and barely noticeable. They didnt make me feel very sleepy either, which is the main reason I got them. The one upside is they taste good, kind of like gushers.
