The product quality seems good overall, but I had a few issues with my order. Several items that were listed as in stock on the website turned out to be unavailable at the store. Rather than contacting me or issuing a refund, the store substituted different products of “similar value” without consulting me—including different strains than what I ordered. Additionally, I received only one lighter instead of two, and the one I did get doesn’t work.

I used weedmaps a few times to order from these guys. Great customer service and super friendly staff and they delivered within an hour. It was a little confusing ordering online for delivery at first but over the phone they made my experience great. Every third day I give them a call and tell them exactly what I want and they place it for me and the items are at my house within an hour or two! I would highly recommend these guys and can't wait to go check the store out myself. Keep up the good work guys!
