I received a faulty stiiizy (purchased 1g sour tangie disposable) that tasted spicy/burnt (like a jalapeño) and had huge air bubbles in the wax. When I asked for an exchange I was told to reach out to the manufacturer. So i did via email, they then sent me the conformation email stating that you guys (Star Leaf North Hollywood) could exchange the disposable cartridge with no problem and that the store would be reimbursed for the faulty product. Then when I asked for the exchange Star Leaf stated “i was lying”… Even with the confirmation email from stiiizy i sent them. I was left on read and then blocked. I highly wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to waste your money & time. Absolutely terrible costumer service.

Awesome...all vapes taste weird, but hey it's a vape.....this vape is great, few puffs and Im relaxed and ready with energy to go ......would buy again. Taste a little like heavy hitters, but without the taste of grass...only a hint....not bad especially for the price. Picked mine up on the first visit for around $40 total with the 30% off

I took one hit and it was nothing like citrus or tangie nothing, straight chili literally and it's not the only flavor I've gotten also the biscotti all in one tastes extaly the same horrible.goin back to plug plays
