Elderberry is one fruit I am not allergic to and this one doesn't have a lot of sugar. Some gummies have added food color and a lot of sugar. This one doesn't and it works well.

Helped me sleep better and longer with just a half. Tried another sleep branded gummy that was supposed to be 15THC and 10cbn but didn't compare to this one.
