Product descriptions aren’t very accurate or are lacking information. Double checked to make sure I was ordering the right thing but still got what I didn’t want. No section for disposables either. Unfortunate waste of money

Best Prices and selection, no delivery fee!

This place has everything I need! Online orders have been easy for me since I've got my drivers license uploaded. The best selection of top shelf flower and concentrates I've found and they do a bulk discount when you buy 4 eights or grams. I absolutely love the Fig Farms flower and the Arcata Fire live resin for those deals when I can afford it. They also usually have great budget friendly options. Sometimes they even have ounces for only $50! But usually you can buy a decent eighth or gram for $20-30 and the delivery is free if you spend over $50

Best Delivery Driver

I had the best delivery driver today. He was timely and polite. I was able to track him in real time through Sundial's onfleet application. Also the prices were crazy good and the selection is nuts.

I am so happy that sundial is delivering to chico every day now! This is hands down the best place to order your stuff from. Massive selection, amazing deals, prices are tax included and the drivers are always so nice! They did move their cutoff time for same day delivery to noon so make sure you watch out for that! The delivery minimum is super reasonable at $50 for free delivery and they even give you cash back rewards!! Once again, fire selection(especially for rosin), amazing deals and great staff. Don’t sleep on this place!!

They Lack All Manner of Professionalism

So I placed an order at 6:45 and waited a while before wondering what the status of my order was. I called the number given to me, and the worker told me he had trouble even finding me to begin with, but then found me and apparently it was the systems fault. Okay sure. He then tells me that he doesn’t even know if my order is coming out tonight, that it’s probably going to be coming in the morning????? And the fact that I had to call in and I never would’ve even KNOWN otherwise that my order was just never coming??? Um, no. Disgusting delivery service trying to take people’s money and waste everyone’s time. If I had known this was going to happen, I would’ve ordered from literally any other weed dispensary in the north state. Do not order from this dispensary if you actually want your order to show up on time, it will never arrive.

Weirdo takes my order doesn’t say how long it’ll be or anything , usually doesn’t get delivered around 7 pm coming close to 8 pm I called to find out my order was placed after 12pm and won’t be delivered until next day…. Would have been nice to have been informed this on the phone before having my order taken being mislead to think nothing has changed… probably amusing to the workers but I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on .

Today I placed an order around 4 pm for delivery, I got the text that my order was ready by 4:10 and to wait for a text telling me my delivery is on the way. I waited patiently but by 7 pm with no texts or anything I decided to call the number provided to me via text if I have any questions, then that number goes straight to a voicemail that isn’t set up (go figure) so I do some searching and find their number via Weedmaps. It’s now 7:30 and I call them, they have no idea what’s going on with my order. After a few minutes on hold, the rep said that they can’t make my delivery until TOMORROW around 2 or 3 pm and she’s sorry that she didn’t communicate that to me. What?? For all of this you should prioritize my order ! I have never had such a terrible experience with a delivery service. I wasted almost 4 hours waiting for my order, if knew that my order wasn’t going to be delivered I would’ve ordered from somewhere else. Now it’s too late and I can’t order from anywhere else. Thanks guys for the terrible customer service.
