I actually never got my order. The problem of which happened was I called and ask them politely where my order was and they told me orders donāt start till 12 oāclock which is fine but I ordered it at 11:15 and they told me that I would have to wait at approximately another two hours after my order has been confirmed that it was delivered even though it hadnāt been delivered because I havenāt went outside and met anybody nor have I got my weed nor have I paid for it so I am irritated thatās all had to happen in certain frame of time because of the fact that I have a job so Iāve got to work and I needed to get my order before I went into work but they donāt actually listen in the employees are sh1t at strains, so thereās that they are crap their dispatcher was a nasty a$shole and constantly contradicted herself, And when Iām speaking, itās not very polite to speak over me on the phone youāre disrespectful and very unprofessional

Iām a Super loyal customer and very disappointed , If I could give zero stars I would, they cancelled my order because they have 30 orders ahead of mine and canāt fulfill them , had me waiting for no reason. I actually ordered from them almost every day for the past year and this is hands-down. The worst experience Iāve had ever since they changed owners. The shop has been going downhill for my experience. I wanna be leaving this review if it wasnāt true. Now Iām going down the street to West side , where are they actually take care of their customers.
