So far they have always delivered on time. They communicate every step during the whole delivery. Their menu is consistent and I have never had any problems with carts, concentrate, or flower. My main suggestion, don't sleep on their house indicas or hybrids. Strains flower is 🔥

I'm critical on the customer experience, and the delivery experience for Strains is pretty good. Same great products as in-store, delivered right to my door in 90 minutes or less. Drivers are always friendly. Keep it up.

Two of the wax grams have something wrong with them. It seems as a percentage of the wax doesn’t burn. No matter the temp. It just liquifies and rehardens into a super solid rock form once it cools down. Definitely something fishy with these two grams of wax. Extremely disappointed.
