So far they have always delivered on time. They communicate every step during the whole delivery. Their menu is consistent and I have never had any problems with carts, concentrate, or flower. My main suggestion, don't sleep on their house indicas or hybrids. Strains flower is đ„

I'm critical on the customer experience, and the delivery experience for Strains is pretty good. Same great products as in-store, delivered right to my door in 90 minutes or less. Drivers are always friendly. Keep it up.
